Returns and Refund Policy
Our product return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, the product is not eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some of the reasons for a product return
1. The product you received is not the product you chose
2. The product you chose does not fit you or your style
3. The product you chose came broken or defective
We are here to discuss with you if you belong to one of those categories. The return of the product happens either through the courier service or through your nearest post office. The returning costs will be discussed with you in person.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once you notify us in the first 14 days of the delivery and you do not want an exchange product in return, we move forward with your refund. The refund procedure is the following:
1. We collect the product from you
2. We inspect the product to determine it's condition
3. We refund the eligible amount plus the shipping charges back to your account
The refund usually takes 2-3 business days to show up on your bank account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be eligible for refund, sale items are not a part of our refund policy.
